FLULEARTA
The Name Flulearta (Flu-lee-air-ta) / (Flee-air-ta) is derived from the word Făptură, a word meaning creature or being. Their name came from the ancient tales that humans told through generations. As was a way for them to identify them. Eventually Flulearta adopted the term, and it became the name of their species.

TLDRMarkings are a way to identify a Flulearta, no matter what form they shift into they must have their markings.markings are also entirely unique to the Flulearta.
legs= child
+ Arms= Adult
+Chest= important job
(like caregiver or hunter)
+Face royalty (do not use)
no markings= banished
markings can glow when attachments form or when using a lot of power. soft-glow when happy.

<3Markings play a big part in the Flulearta Society, there are 4 types of placements of markings that share your status. Markings are unique to the Flulearta, and seem to be something like a birthmark, that appears at different stages or accomplishments in their life..1. Markings only on their legs, mean that they are merely a child and not completely grown up.2- on their legs and arms, this is the most common set of markings, they have matured and become adults.3, markings on all the places before and an additional one on their chest. This marking means that they are important, like hunters, caretakers, or researchers of sorts. This marking usually depicts in a way what they do for a living and how they help the community..4, as before all the markings are listed and then markings on their face. This means that they are royalty, they either have the throne, are family of the throne, or are next in line. This is the rarest set of markings, due to royal families being quite small and limited. this also goes for territory leaders and their offspring. I do not give permission to make any Flulearta with these markings. if you do it will be considered not a valid Flulearta.Though there is a 5th, one that isn’t talked about much and is quite shunned. That is no markings, this means that you were banished from Flulearta society and if you return you’ll be ripped to shreds.Markings also can glow, this is caused by a few different things. Which include: when they are really happy,( it has a soft glow that can be barely noticed in the light). When they are using a large amount of power (this has a harsher glow). And happens often as a reaction to attachments, glowing the strongest for some when an attachment is formed.

TLDRFlulearta are incredibly technologically advanced, though they still make room for flying and walking. the biggest structure that holds the cave together is this massive crystal tree, with a castle at the bottom.all necessities are free, like food and housing, but luxuries cost money. They have a publicly appointed counsel and a monarch ruler.Their structure is very inclusive for those who have disabilities.an average Flulearta would make money by doing all other jobs you would expect in human society. (would not get a marking for these)

<3How they live
The most noticeable thing is that they are very technologically advanced, they have holographic billboards and floating islands with huge buildings in their large caves. They have doors that take them to different places at a click of a button (portals). Floating platforms that act as elevators, and many places to fly around. They soared through the sky from place to place. And in the center of it, all is the castle where it resides in this crystal-looking tree that is huge, and its branches Spread across the ceiling of the cave, light reflects off of it, lighting up the cave during the day, and spreading beams like stars during the night. Islands hang on the larger branches near the base of the tree, with a waterfall flowing down it into the bottom river of the cave. The castle itself is huge and resides inside the base of the tree, with large stares going to the entrance.
Government/roles-
They work in a mixture of a few government ideals. They do have a somewhat monarchy, with a ruler at the top, but there are also councils to make sure things run smoothly. Things like food, shelter (homes), and other basic necessities are free for everyone. Though food is put into a limited amount before you would have to buy it yourself. It's enough money to buy enough food to last a month and a little extra and replenishes itself each month. but when it comes to items and things for more enjoyment costs money, which is where their stores come in. These things can be “TVs” “games” furniture, leisurely devices, etc. the things that are not a necessity to live but more of a pleasure. priority is accessibility, especially for businesses, so everything is accessible to everyone. Which helps their inclusivity. To be really fair, even though quite a few of their views are harsh and rooted down to their core (how they think about humans) they are very inclusive and try to help fellow Flulearta’s to the best of their abilities. And this is just seen as a basic respect.
normal Flulearta
All other Flularta who skipped out on special training and took on jobs like store clerks, business runners, politicians, programmers, artists, etc. They tend to go to other regular schools that are run by researchers to get the knowledge for these jobs. But they aren't seen as so important. And their characteristics are simply of a normal average Flulearta.

TLDRcaregivers raise children and take care of the sick, elderly, and disabled. they also do mandatory checkups on Flulearta civilians.they have a deeper connection to nature, denser fur, enhanced healing abilities, and rougher outer feathers to act as a shield.

<3Caregivers are one of the most important parts of Flulearta culture and without them, a lot of what Flulearta accomplished wouldn't be possible. They are the people who show care for everyone in the community. They are mainly recognized for how they raise children and help the new generations thrive. But what do they do when they are not raising children? Well, New generations only come every 300 years or so. so during the time of their lives that are not preoccupied with children, they are helping the community. Caring for the sick, elderly, and disabled. They provide many services to those in the community, giving the best care they can. Some can even be once helped by caregivers and were inspired to be the same.Caregivers are constantly busy and even are required to do mandatory checkups on Flulearta civilians. Some special abilities that caregivers have are enhanced healing abilities, a deeper connection to nature, and enhanced empathy of sorts. They also have a few special physical characteristics, like larger and heavier wings that have a sort of outer shell to them. The outside feathers are rough and deflective. Which is perfect for defending themself and keeping those around them safe. When in a defensive state they will grab whoever they want to keep safe and hide them under themself. And covering them with their wings in a sort of protective dome. Inside the dome, the caregiver will hug the others with one arm and tail and will place another hand on the floor. Manipulating the nature outside, to add protection. And if needed they will use this to attack. Their wings are also used to cover Flulearta children. When ‘out and about’ Caretakers will lift their wings to cover the children and keep them close. This also adds protection from any malicious predators from above. Caretakers often grow poofier and denser fur, both on their wings and on their bodies. This is to help keep others around them warm. They do this by huddling others in their wings and hugging them. Sharing body heat. If there is a casualty on their watch, a caregiver could make the choice to sacrifice their life to breathe new life into the dead. though they can not do this for the elderly.lastly, some caregivers can develop a side effect from their connection to nature, where when they step on the ground, flowers bloom and then die as they walk. though this only seems to happen with older Flulearta, around 700 years or so.

TLDR
hunters spend their time farming or hunting prey, providing food for the community.
they are often stronger, more flexible, and faster.older hunters can be promoted to a guard.

<3This role in the Flulearta Culture is also very important. Hunters do what you would expect, they go out of the cave that Flulearta lives in and hunt down behemoths. They are the main providers of food for the whole community, this is due to Flulearta only eating meat. Hunters kill the behemoths they have deemed as livestock, and some raise farms of them outside of the cave. Usually, these farms aren't seen to keep them out of the way.
Other hunters head out raw, looking for wild behemoths to kill. Wild behemoth meat is considered more of a delicacy in the shops, so it may be beneficial to go the hard way. Another way that hunters will gain meat is by going to other dimensions and hunting there. This process is a bit more tedious, because they have to send a few hunters and researchers to go out and study the area, make sure there are no humans, and see what types of animals live there. They have to classify all the animals they see, if they are venomous, and if they would make a good meal. After this stage is over they begin to make farms and stuff to hunt there too.
Hunters have a few special characteristics themselves, they have enhanced strength, and can build muscle easier. They are faster and more flexible, Hunters also have sharper claws. their wings are thinner, and taller, allowing them to fly at faster speeds, and swiftly move through trees.
Other roles that hunters take on are at times assisting Researchers and Caregivers when heading outside the cave. They keep an eye out and make sure no behemoths attack them while they do their job. With researchers, they do just that, but with caregivers, they tend to want to assist with the care and entertainment of children, of course.
guards are pretty similar to hunters due to simply being older hunters. It's more of a promotion, where the hunter goes from a farming-like job to a position of authority. Guards make sure to keep everyone in line and enforce the laws, they are also the most violent of all the roles. This does just have to do with the fact that flulearta are very strong already so guards need to use more force to keep things in line. Guards can be very friendly too, often doing extra for the community, so it's not all bad. Guards usually patrol the cave, and a set of them stay by royalties' side at all times.
